The N5 level and the basic study tools are free. Other levels (N4, N3, N2, N1) and related content may require a one-time unlock payment. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
Because the unlock gives immediate access to digital content, refunds are generally not offered after the content has been unlocked. If the unlock does not work or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 7 days at CONTACT_EMAIL and we will review your request.
